Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mid-Pacific Institute Owls (Honolulu, HI) and the host Lahainaluna Lunas (Lahaina, HI), saw Mid-Pacific Institute's basketball squad hold off Lahainaluna by a tally of 67-61.

With the victory, Mid-Pacific Institute improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Owls travel to Honoka'a (Honoka'a, HI) to confront the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Lunas confront the 'Iolani Raiders (Honolulu, HI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 2. Lahainaluna will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 35-32 non-league win over Westside Christian (Lake Oswego, OR).
