Texas High School Basketball - Lone Star overwhelmed by Richardson
December 1, 2023: Richardson, TX 75080 The Richardson Eagles basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Lone Star Rangers to 39 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hebron for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Richardson will battle a Hawks team coming off a 66-46 non-league win over Walnut Grove (Prosper, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 7-5.
The Rangers (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wylie (Wylie, TX). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Wylie triumphed over Heritage (Frisco, TX), 55-54, in a non-league contest.
