Texas High School Basketball - Mt. Zion Prep Academy crushes Northwest
December 1, 2023: Justin, TX 76247 Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), 81-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Mt. Zion Prep Academy upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 7-3. Pebble Hills won 54-47 in their recent non-league bout against Bel Air (El Paso, TX)
Next up, the Texans play the Odessa Bronchos (Odessa, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Bronchos come into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 59-52 non-league loss to Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX).
