Illinois High School Basketball - Urbana ripped by Normal Community
December 1, 2023: Urbana, IL 61801 In Friday's league match, the visiting Normal Community Ironmen basketball team scored a decisive 72-41 triumph over the Urbana Tigers.
In their next game, the Ironmen meet the Manual Rams (Peoria, IL) in a Big Twelve match, on Friday, December 8. Normal Community will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record.
With the defeat, Urbana moves to 0-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to East St. Louis (East St. Louis, IL) to meet the Flyers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 2. The Flyers enter the match with a record of 1-0. East St. Louis won 70-40 in their recent non-league match against Normandy (St. Louis, MO)
