California High School Basketball - Ygnacio Valley nips Valley Christian
December 1, 2023: San Jose, CA 95111 Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA), 69-64 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ygnacio Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to Saint Mary's (Albany, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Saint Mary's lost 77-63 in their recent non-league bout against Alameda (Alameda, CA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Pinewood Panthers (Los Altos Hills, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 49-38 non-league win over Averroes (Fremont, CA).
