The McNair Eagles basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting River Islands Riptide to 39 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edison for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. McNair will battle a Vikings team coming off a 43-34 non-league loss to Kimball (Tracy, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
