Oregon High School Basketball - Bandon crushes Salem Academy
December 1, 2023: Bandon, OR 97411 Bandon Tigers (Bandon, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR), 70-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bandon upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Umpqua Valley Christian (Roseburg, OR) to face the Monarchs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Umpqua Valley Christian won 57-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Douglas (Winston, OR)
Next up, the Crusaders play the Country Christian Cougars (Molalla, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Salem Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 57-42 non-league win over South Wasco County (Maupin, OR).
