Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) and the host Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA), saw Christopher's basketball squad wallop Salinas by a tally of 70-33.

With the victory, Christopher improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Hollister (Hollister, CA) to play the Haybalers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Haybalers come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Hollister won 45-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA)
