Oregon High School Basketball - Corbett crushes Marshfield
December 1, 2023: Corbett, OR 97019 Corbett Cardinals (Corbett, OR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Marshfield Pirates (Coos Bay, OR), 60-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Corbett upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Astoria (Astoria, OR) to play the Fishermen in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Fishermen go into the test with a record of 1-0. Astoria won 62-42 in their recent non-league test against Madras (Madras, OR)
The Pirates now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Madras for a non-league test on Friday, December 1.
