December 1, 2023: Rochelle, TX 76872 Menard Yellowjackets (Menard, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rochelle Hornets (Rochelle, TX), 69-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Menard upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Water Valley (Water Valley, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Water Valley lost 36-15 in their recent non-league bout against Menard (Menard, TX)
Next up, the Hornets play the Mullin Bulldogs (Mullin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Rochelle will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 45-27 non-league loss to Baird (Baird, TX).
