California High School Basketball - Ripon ripped by Merced

In Friday's non-league match, the host Merced Bears basketball team scored a decisive 45-19 triumph over the Ripon Indians.

In their next game, the Bears meet the Madera Coyotes (Madera, CA) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 4. Merced will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Coyotes enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 48-30 non-league loss to Reedley (Reedley, CA).

With the defeat, Ripon moves to 2-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Pitman (Turlock, CA) to meet the Pride in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 5. The Pride enter the match with a record of 2-1. Pitman won 50-46 in their recent non-league match against Tracy (Tracy, CA)
