The Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX) basketball crushed the host Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX), 60-34 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bears (12-1) will now prepare for their test against Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Calallen walloped Winn (Eagle Pass, TX), 50-35, in a non-league test.
