December 1, 2023: St. Amant, LA 70774 In Friday's non-league outing, the St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA) basketball squad edged the visiting Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA), by a count of 48-44.
The Gators (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Brusly (Brusly, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Brusly held off Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA), 45-39, in a non-league outing.
The Panthers now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to University Lab for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 2. Northshore will clash with a Cubs squad coming off a 36-25 non-league win over St. Mary's Dominican (New Orleans, LA). The Cubs record now stands at 4-5.
