Georgia High School Basketball - Varsity Opponent overwhelmed by Oakwood Christian
December 1, 2023: Chickamauga, GA 30707 The Oakwood Christian Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Varsity Opponent to 19 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to LaFayette for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Oakwood Christian will battle a Ramblers team coming off a 78-59 league loss to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA). The Ramblers record now stands at 2-2.
The (21-97) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Broadlands, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Heritage was routed by Urbana University (Urbana, IL), 48-33, in a non-league contest.
