Punahou Buff n' Blue (Honolulu, HI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sierra Pacific Golden Bears (Hanford, CA), 50-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Punahou upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Buff n' Blue travel to San Clemente (San Clemente, CA) to play the Tritons in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Tritons go into the bout with a record of 5-3. San Clemente lost 48-30 in their recent non-league bout against 'Iolani (Honolulu, HI)

Next up, the Golden Bears play the Campbell Sabers (Ewa Beach, HI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Sierra Pacific will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Sabers go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 40-39 non-league win over San Clemente (San Clemente, CA).
