The Golden Wave now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pontotoc for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Tupelo will battle a Warriors team coming off a 97-26 non-league win over New Albany (New Albany, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 10-0.
The Green Wave (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Ripley (Ripley, MS). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Ripley was routed by North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS), 68-47, in a non-league battle.
