Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC) and the host Whiteville Wolfpack (Whiteville, NC), saw Purnell Swett's basketball squad wallop Whiteville by a count of 48-6.

With the victory, Purnell Swett upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Colts in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
