North Carolina High School Basketball - North Stanly trounces Uwharrie Charter
December 1, 2023: Asheboro, NC 27205 The North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) basketball crushed the host Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC), 58-34 in Friday's non-league test.
The Comets (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Bearcats go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Anson walloped Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC), 61-30, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Asheboro for a non-league test on Friday, December 8.
