Washington High School Basketball - Othello topped by Wapato
December 1, 2023: Othello, WA 99344 The Wapato Wolves basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Othello Huskies to 32 in the Wolves non-league victory on Friday.
The Wolves now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grandview for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Wapato will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 46-41 non-league win over Eisenhower (Yakima, WA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-3.
The Huskies (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against La Salle (Union Gap, WA). The Lightning come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, La Salle prevailed over White Swan (White Swan, WA), 44-36, in a non-league contest.
