In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Mary's Saints basketball team scored a big 72-45 triumph over the Loyola Blakefield Dons.

The Saints (3-3) will now prepare for their match against John Carroll (Bel Air, MD). The Patriots enter the MIAA A - Black match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, John Carroll was overwhelmed by Ambassador Christian School (Huntersville, NC), 67-66, in a non-league match.
