The Marion Giants basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Richmond Red Devils to 55 in the Giants league triumph on Friday.

The Giants now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Wayne North Side for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 11. Marion will battle a Legends team coming off a 70-53 league loss to Fort Wayne South Side (Fort Wayne, IN). The Legends record now stands at 0-5.

The Red Devils (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Jac-Cen-Del nudged North Decatur (Greensburg, IN), 70-58, in a non-league contest.
