December 10, 2021: Shreveport, LA 71106 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA) and the host Woodlawn-Shreveport Knights (Shreveport, LA), saw Ouachita Parish's basketball squad hold off Woodlawn-Shreveport by a tally of 49-43.
With the victory, Ouachita Parish improves its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Parkway (Bossier City, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 11. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 11-1. Parkway won 63-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Washington (Shreveport, LA)
Next up, the Knights play the North Caddo Titans (Vivian, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 11. Woodlawn-Shreveport will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 33-27 non-league loss to Minden (Minden, LA).
