Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ) and the host Valley Pirates (Sanders, AZ), saw Show Low's basketball squad knock off Valley by a count of 35-21.

With the victory, Show Low upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Silver (Silver City, NM) to play the Fighting Colts in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 10. The Fighting Colts come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Silver lost 47-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Round Valley (Eagar, AZ)

Next up, the Pirates play the Mogollon Mustangs (Heber, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 10. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 35-28 non-league loss to Safford (Safford, AZ).
