December 10, 2021: Poway, CA 92064 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the La Jolla Country Day Torreys (La Jolla, CA) and the host Poway Titans (Poway, CA), saw La Jolla Country Day's basketball squad knock off Poway by a tally of 59-42.
With the victory, La Jolla Country Day improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign.
Next up, the Titans play the Bonita Vista Barons (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 13. Poway will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Barons come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 72-29 non-league win over El Capitan (Lakeside, CA).
