With the victory, DeRidder improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to St. Louis Catholic (Lake Charles, LA) to play the Saints in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. St. Louis Catholic lost 58-54 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Helena College and Career Academy (Greensburg, LA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Loreauville Tigers (Loreauville, LA) in a 2A District 8 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
