Illinois High School Basketball - Dixon crushes Alleman
December 10, 2022: Rock Island, IL 61201 Dixon Dukes & Duchesses (Dixon, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL), 50-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dixon upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Dukes & Duchesses host Plano (Plano, IL) to clash with the Reapers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Reapers go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Plano lost 58-44 in their recent non-league bout against Illinois Math & Science (Aurora, IL)
Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Sherrard Tigers (Sherrard, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Alleman will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 57-34 league loss to Morrison (Morrison, IL).
