December 10, 2022: Eureka, KS 67045 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Berean Academy Warriors (Elbing, KS) and the host Eureka Tornadoes (Eureka, KS), saw Berean Academy's basketball squad wallop Eureka by a count of 63-34.
With the victory, Berean Academy upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Sacred Heart (Salina, KS) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Sacred Heart lost 61-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop Ward (Kansas City, KS)
Next up, the Tornadoes play the Flinthills Mustangs (Rosalia, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Eureka will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 64-43 non-league win over Altoona-Midway (Buffalo, KS).
