Kentucky High School Basketball - West Jessamine trounces Bourbon County
December 10, 2022: Paris, KY 40361 The West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) basketball crushed the host Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), 89-50 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Colts (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln County (Stanford, KY). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Lincoln County was trounced by Evangel Christian (Louisville, KY), 64-52, in a non-league test.
The Colonels now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Woodford County for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 13. Bourbon County will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 68-40 non-league win over Buchtel (Akron, OH). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-3.
