New York High School Basketball - Brunswick topples Niagara-Wheatfield
December 10, 2022: Sanborn, NY 14132 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Brunswick Blue Devils (Brunswick, OH) basketball squad beat the host Niagara-Wheatfield Falcons (Sanborn, NY), by a count of 74-62.
The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Medina (Medina, OH). The Battling Bees go into the Greater Cleveland outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Medina defeated Strongsville (Strongsville, OH), 77-60, in a league outing.
The Falcons now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Kenmore East for a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier outing on Tuesday, December 13. Niagara-Wheatfield will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 81-32 league loss to Charter School for Applied Tech (Buffalo, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
