Ohio High School Basketball - Canfield beaten by Mentor

December 10, 2022: Canfield, OH 44406

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Mentor Cardinals basketball team scored a good 56-43 triumph over the Canfield Cardinals.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Solon Comets (Solon, OH) in a Greater Cleveland match, on Friday, December 16. Mentor will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.

With the defeat, Canfield moves to 2-1 on the year. The Cardinals host Ursuline (Youngstown, OH) to face the Fighting Irish in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 13. The Fighting Irish enter the match with a record of 3-0. Ursuline won 65-45 in their recent non-league match against Poland Seminary (Poland, OH)
