In Saturday's non-league outing, the Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE) basketball squad felled the visiting Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE), by a margin of 49-41.

The Jeffs (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Centennial (Utica, NE). The Broncos go into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Centennial was beaten by Tri County (DeWitt, NE), 46-35, in a non-league outing.
