California High School Basketball - Fairmont Prep nips Rancho Dominguez
December 10, 2022: Long Beach, CA 90810 Fairmont Prep Huskies (Anaheim, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Rancho Dominguez Lobos (Long Beach, CA), 55-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Fairmont Prep upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA) to play the Eagles in a San Joaquin bout on Thursday, January 5. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Lobos play the Gahr Gladiators (Cerritos, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 14. Rancho Dominguez will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Gladiators come into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 56-49 non-league loss to Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA).
