Illinois High School Basketball - Fenton overwhelms Walther Christian Academy
December 10, 2022: Bensenville, IL 60106 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) and the visiting Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL), saw Fenton's basketball squad wallop Walther Christian Academy by a count of 73-50.
With the victory, Fenton upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Larkin (Elgin, IL) to play the Royals in a Upstate Eight challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Larkin won 50-43 in their recent league challenge against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Broncos play the Ida Crown Jewish Academy Aces (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Prep challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Walther Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Aces come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 65-56 non-league loss to North Shore Country Day (Winnetka, IL).
