Texas High School Basketball - Presidio nips Fort Hancock

Presidio Blue Devils (Presidio, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Fort Hancock Mustangs (Fort Hancock, TX), 66-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Presidio upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Pecos (Pecos, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 4-8. Pecos won 50-46 in their recent non-league bout against Stanton (Stanton, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Patterson Institute Lions (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Fort Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 46-30 non-league loss to El Paso HomeSchool (El Paso, TX).
