New York High School Basketball - Global Concepts winner over Grand Island
December 10, 2022: Lackawanna, NY 14218 The Global Concepts Gators (Lackawanna, NY) basketball felled the visiting Grand Island Vikings (Grand Island, NY), 46-37 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Gators (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Griffith Institute (Springville, NY). The Griffins go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Griffith Institute was beaten by Gowanda (Gowanda, NY), 52-44, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Kenmore East for a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier test on Tuesday, December 13. Grand Island will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 81-32 league loss to Charter School for Applied Tech (Buffalo, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
