December 10, 2022: Hillsboro, OH 45133 Whiteoak Wildcats (Mowrystown, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Hillsboro Indians (Hillsboro, OH), 58-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Whiteoak upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH) to clash with the Blue Jays in a Southern Hills bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Blue Jays go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington lost 78-44 in their recent non-league bout against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY)
Next up, the Indians clash with the Washington Blue Lions (Washington Courthouse, OH) in a Frontier bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Hillsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Blue Lions go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 61-39 non-league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, OH).
