High School Basketball - Llano nips Non Varsity Tournament Opponent
December 10, 2022: , Llano Yellowjackets (Llano, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ), 56-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Llano upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX) to play the Billies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Billies come into the bout with a record of 10-2. Fredericksburg lost 51-49 in their recent non-league bout against Lytle (Lytle, TX)
Next up, the play the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, December 11. Non Varsity Tournament Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 31-107 season record. The Cadets come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 65-40 non-league win over Patrick School (Hillside, NJ).
