Kentucky High School Basketball - Woodford County nips Male
December 10, 2022: Louisville, KY 40213 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) and the host Male Bulldogs (Louisville, KY), saw Woodford County's basketball squad hold off Male by a count of 75-71.
With the victory, Woodford County upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Buchtel (Akron, OH) to play the Griffins in a non-league challenge on Sunday, December 11. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Buchtel won 79-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Renaissance (Detroit, MI)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Male will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
