Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Morris Redskins (Morris, IL) and the host Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, IL), saw Morris's basketball squad hold off Wilmington by a tally of 56-54.

With the victory, Morris improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to Rochelle (Rochelle, IL) to confront the Hubs in a Interstate Eight challenge on Friday, December 16. The Hubs come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
