Texas High School Basketball - Munday holds off Sterling City
December 10, 2022: Munday, TX 76371 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Munday Moguls (Munday, TX) and the visiting Sterling City Eagles (Sterling City, TX), saw Munday's basketball squad hold off Sterling City by a tally of 37-35.
With the victory, Munday improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Moguls host Seymour (Seymour, TX) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Seymour won 45-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Levelland (Levelland, TX)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Grady Wildcats (Lenorah, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Sterling City will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 47-43 non-league win over Crane (Crane, TX).
