Michigan High School Basketball - Saginaw trounces Notre Dame Prep
December 10, 2022: Saginaw, MI 48601 The Saginaw Trojans (Saginaw, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI), 74-51 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI). The Bobcats go into the Saginaw Valley test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Grand Blanc was trounced by Mott (Waterford, MI), 77-72, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Irish now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Loyola for a Catholic AA test on Tuesday, December 13. Notre Dame Prep will encounter a Bull Dogs squad coming off a 59-56 non-league win over Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Bull Dogs record now stands at 1-0.
