December 10, 2022: Latham, OH 45646 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Western Indians (Latham, OH) and the visiting Peebles Indians (Peebles, OH), saw Western's basketball squad overcome Peebles by a tally of 58-49.
With the victory, Western improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Glenwood (New Boston, OH) to play the Tigers in a Southern Ohio I challenge on Friday, December 16. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Glenwood won 63-28 in their recent league challenge against Clay (Portsmouth, OH)
Next up, the Indians play the Blanchester Wildcats (Blanchester, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Peebles will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 65-27 league loss to Georgetown (Georgetown, OH).
