California High School Basketball - Piedmont nudges Washington
December 10, 2022: Fremont, CA 94536 Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Washington Huskies (Fremont, CA), 66-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Piedmont upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Alhambra (Martinez, CA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Alhambra lost 57-51 in their recent non-league bout against Carlmont (Belmont, CA)
Next up, the Huskies clash with the Mission San Jose Warriors (Fremont, CA) in a Mission Valley bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 73-48 non-league win over Gunderson (San Jose, CA).
