December 10, 2022: Birmingham, AL 35205 The Sardis Lions basketball team (Boaz, AL), was overwhelmed 87-39 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL)
The Rams now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anniston for a non-league contest on Monday, December 12. Ramsay will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 65-58 non-league win over Guntersville (Guntersville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
The Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Douglas, AL). The Eagles enter the 5A Area 13 contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Douglas was routed by Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL), 96-67, in a non-league contest.
