Washington High School Basketball - Hazen knocked off by Mercer Island
December 10, 2022: Mercer Island, WA 98040 The Mercer Island Islanders basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Hazen Highlanders to 45 in the Islanders league triumph on Saturday.
The Islanders now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Interlake for a contest on Tuesday, December 13.
The Highlanders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bellevue (Bellevue, WA). The Wolverines enter the contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Bellevue ran past Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA), 58-36, in a league contest.
