With the victory, Cedar Creek improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Sterlington (Sterlington, LA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-0. Sterlington won 47-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Monterey (Monterey, LA)
Next up, the Buccaneers confront the Byrd Yellow Jackets (Shreveport, LA) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Haughton will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 58-56 league win over Airline (Bossier City, LA).
