December 10, 2022: Clark, SD 57225 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Sioux Valley Cossacks (Volga, SD) and the host Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD), saw Sioux Valley's basketball squad overcome Clark/Willow Lake by a tally of 53-39.
With the victory, Sioux Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cossacks host Baltic (Baltic, SD) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Cyclones play the Waverly/South Shore Coyotes (Waverly, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Clark/Willow Lake will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 70-27 non-league win over Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] (Rosholt, SD).
