December 10, 2022: Mifflinburg, PA 17844 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mifflinburg Wildcats (Mifflinburg, PA) and the visiting East Juniata Tigers (McAlisterville, PA), saw Mifflinburg's basketball squad wallop East Juniata by a tally of 44-11.
With the victory, Mifflinburg improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA) to confront the Wildcats in a Heartland I challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Central Mountain won 55-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Monday, December 12. East Juniata will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 38-9 non-league loss to Schuylkill Haven (Schuylkill Haven, PA).
