December 10, 2022: Country Club Hills, IL 60478 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL), by a margin of 55-25.
The Celtics (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Raptors go into the non-league outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Rich Township was trounced by Thornwood (South Holland, IL), 75-17, in a league outing.
The Hawks now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Marian Catholic for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 10. Hillcrest will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 66-40 league loss to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 5-2.
