Kentucky High School Basketball - Letcher County Central ripped by Mercer County

December 10, 2022: Whitesburg, KY 41858

The Mercer County Titans basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Letcher County Central Cougars / Lady Cougars to 27 in the Titans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Titans now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bourbon County for a non-league contest on Monday, December 12.

The Cougars / Lady Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgeview (Clintwood, VA). The Wolfpack enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Ridgeview triumphed over Central Wise (Norton, VA), 61-55, in a league contest.
